...A graduate of Lycoming College, Popson's real estate and construction experience spans more than 15 years.Popson has worked in several Mount Pleasant neighborhoods such as Hobcaw Creek Plantation, Brickyard Plantation and Hamlin Plantation serving as both a Development Manager and a Broker-In-Charge.He is currently a member of the Homebuilders Association and has served as a previous member of its Board of Directors.
As a real estate and neighborhood management veteran, his
business and real estate expertise will prove to be a great asset for Dunes West
and John Wieland Homes & Neighborhoods
currently lives in Isle of Palms with his
family where they attend Stella Maris Catholic Church.
As the new owner of Dunes West
will focus on revitalizing the community and expanding its amenities and real estate offerings.Wieland's immediate plans for Dunes West
include the addition of The Harbour with approximately 350 homesites including more than 90 deep-water lots offering their own boat docks.Also under consideration for Dunes West
are plans for a private Harbour Club, fitness center and a second gated entrance.
