brings an enormous amount of energy and enthusiasm."A Kansas native, Mills is currently Vice President, Marketing and External Affairs at the Saint Louis Zoo, recently designated America's #1 Zoo by the Zagat Family Guide / Parenting Magazine.
Prior to his
position there, Mills
developed marketing, business partnerships and sales for Cunard Line, the luxury cruise line now part of Carnival Corporation
.Earlier in his
career Mills served in advertising and publishing positions at BBDO
, The Museum of Modern Art
and New American Library
. Mills holds a B.A. degree in Journalism from the University of Kansas and serves as an adjunct professor of non-profit marketing at Washington University.His roles with the American Zoo and Aquarium Association include serving as Chair of the Trends Committee and as a member of the Marketing and National Awareness Campaign Committees.
