Kevin Holden, president of the San Carlos Youth Softball Association, said the council is going about it in a very slow pace.
"It's been going on for at least 20 years.Two City Councils
have missed the boat when it comes to solving the issue and nobody will stand up and make a move," Holden
said."The problem isn't going to go disappear by itself." He
believes however, it's never too late to get the fields evaluated.
"The player population continues to grow and the demands on the field continue to grow," Holden
