Kevin participated in joint state-federal investigations into drug trafficking organizations and criminal gangs, developing a specialty in the use of social media during ongoing investigations and its admission as evidence during bench and jury trials.
Kevin has additional experience prosecuting crimes of violence against or witnessed by children, including allegations of child abuse and sexual abuse. He has experience in the preparation, use, and presentation of expert witnesses in the areas of child abuse pediatrics and physical trauma. Kevin also has extensive experience trying matters involving the testimony of expert witnesses in the fields of forensic toxicology and pharmacology.

Kevin Harden, Jr., is a prosecutor in the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office. Currently assigned to the office's South Bureau, he is a 2010 graduate of the Temple University Beasley School of Law, where he was a member of the Temple Moot Court Honor Society and the Vice-President of the Black Law Students Association.
