With more than 15 years of marketing and brand management experience, Flaherty
is poised to both unify and advance the company's marketing efforts in the newly created position.
Focusing on driving customer acquisition and lead generation through brand building, search engine marketing, and design, Flaherty
will be instrumental in supporting and scaling the business' B2C and B2B marketing efforts.

Flaherty most recently served as vice president of marketing at Ritani, where he reinvigorated an existing jewelry brand by creating and building its e-commerce capabilities.
Prior to Ritani, Flaherty served as general manager and director for CLEAR.com and Clearwire, the wireless broadband ISP provider.

Flaherty began his career as a brand manager for the Colgate-Palmolive Company after earning his M.B.A. from Indiana University, and also held positions at Amazon.com, Precor, and Wetpaint, the award-winning consumer website.
Flaherty also has a B.A. from Washington University in Saint Louis and an MBA from Indiana University.
