Keve Papp, Director of OperationsMr. Papp
has over 15 years of leadership and operations experience within the telecommunications and IT industries.After six years as a US Marine Corps officer, Mr. Papp joined the Monor Telephone Co. (MTT), a member of the UPC Group, as their Operational Support System (OSS) Director.
At MTT he
successfully implemented and ran the company's Operational Support System to ensure accurate customer service, billing, collections, accounting and fraud management for the company's 70,000+ telephony and cable TV customers.In 1997 Mr. Papp
became part of EuroMACC's
management team, building on the success of the MTT system to launch an independent Billing Services and Software provider company.Mr. Papp
played a key role as Senior Project Manager and Account Manager in the company's first commercial implementation with one of Hungary's largest independent Local Telephone Operators.In 2000, as Sales and Marketing Manager, he helped sign a deal with Vivendi Hungary where EuroMACC provided outsourced billing services for over 350,000 telephone customers.EuroMACC
subsequently won the billing services for all independent operators in Hungary, and successfully expanded into Poland and the Netherlands as well.In 2001, Mr. Papp was recruited to the Sema Group UK PLC, where was Regional Operations Manager.
As interim Managing Director of the Hungarian Branch office during the Schlumberger acquisition, Mr. Papp
ensured that the organization's sales team maintained their focus and met revenue targets of over $11M dollars for 2002.A dual US-Hungarian citizen, Mr. Papp
is fluent in English, French, and Hungarian, and speaks German.Mr. Papp holds a Bachelors of Science from the US Naval Academy and he received his MBA in Marketing and Information Management from the University of Hawaii School of Business.
