Before that, Mr. Shulman specialized in network planning with Bell Communications Research Inc. (Bellcore) and Bell Laboratories.
He holds a B.S. in electrical engineering from the State University of New York at Stony Brook, an M.S. in electrical engineering from the University of Rochester, and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Shulman has served on many technical advisory boards, and currently serves on advisory boards of Baker Capital, Vonair and T3 Communications.
