participated in the culture change phenomenon of "Eden Alternative" as a researcher in its infancy, through implementing it in Missouri's first affiliated facility, to further developing the vision as a licensed administrator for over 20 years.
practical experience has allowed him to deliver "resident-centered care" improvements to all continuum of care levels, from independent senior housing, through assisted care and skilled nursing facilities, to a hospital sub-acute facility.
