Senior Vice President of Investments
Mr. Villanueva is the Senior Vice President of Investments for ADC & HAS Airports Worldwide.
He has more than 15 years of aviation experience in the development and management of private commercial airports, including the transition from public to private.
He served as CFO of ADC & HAS Management Ecuador, the operator of the Mariscal Sucre Quito International Airport in Quito, Ecuador and as interim CEO and CFO for the Juan Santa Maria San Jose' International Airport in San Jose', Costa Rica.
Prior to joining ADC & HAS, he worked at Airport Development Corporation having been involved in various privatizations, including the first airport privatization in Eastern Europe with the development of the Ferihegy International Airport Terminal 2B project in Budapest and the first privatization of its kind in South America with the privatization of Quito's Mariscal Sucre International Airport and the development of the New Quito International Airport greenfield project in Quito, Ecuador.
In addition, he
has experience in several large retail and food and beverage companies in Canada.
Mr. Villanueva is a certified accountant in the U.S. and Canada, and holds a Business Management degree from the Ateneo de Manila University in the Philippines.
He is also a certified International Airport Professional by ICAO-ACI's Airport Management Accreditation Program (AMPAP).
