"We felt it was invaluable for Ken Nagy to become certified in its use to master the software so we and our customers can take full advantage of the capabilities."
The certification process consisted of a four day training course in MadCap Flare, certification test and submission of a sample project which was reviewed by a Certified Flare user. Upon passing all phases, the MadCap Flare certification was issued. "Taking the training and becoming certified in Flare really allowed me to see the subtle nuances and full capabilities of what Flare can do," said Ken Nagy. "I am well experienced in many software programs, but Flare's content authoring control and flexibility are the best I have seen for output to both online and print targets". "I can see not only how this certification will be of benefit to our clients in their localization needs, but I can also see Flare being of value for us at internally at Confluent," Nagy added.
