Jones joined Alliant Capital LLC in January of 2013 as Vice President. Ken brings 25 years of experience in the commercial and residential lending in the Chicago area.  He is based in Alliant's Orland Park, Illinois office. Prior to joining Alliant, Ken worked in the various positions at Citibank F.S.B. in Chicago. His career at Citibank started in 1987 as Senior Account Executive - Real Estate Group. His primary focus was to secure both new construction and end loan mortgage financing for new construction single family homes within the Southwest suburban market. The production had a steady increase of 15% annually. Ken stepped into the commercial real estate in 1993. He worked as Vice President at Citibank. His responsibilities included sourcing and underwriting analyses of approximately $50MM to $100MM annually in commercial retail, industrial and multi-family loans for the Chicago and surrounding suburban communities, as well as areas in Indiana and Ohio.  The loans were comprised of both in house commercial lending and Fannie Mae programs. The most recent position held at Citibank was Asset Manager. Ken assisted management in the sale and disposition of a $950MM commercial loan portfolio. Duties included the collection, reporting, monitoring and marketing of both performing and non-performing commercial real estate assets to the third party investors and lenders. Ken received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Economics from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale. He enjoys outdoor and loves playing golf on the days he scores well. He umpires for the local girls' fast-pitch softball organization, and he also plays softball as well.  Ken married to his college sweetheart for 30 years and is a proud father of two daughters.
