Rock & Roll was founded by Kellie Shrake-Caddoo in 1999 in Atlanta, GA.
Kellie is a USA safety certified member of the American Athletic Union, and a former USA Gymnastics and NCA Cheerleading Champion.

received several gymnastics awards.
gymnastics career culminated with winning the title of State Vaulting Champion in 1988.
In addition to being a competitive gymnast, she
was a cheerleader for her
Middle and High School.
As a cheerleading squad, they received several National Cheerleading Association honors and awards.
Kellie began her professional coaching career in 1996 at Gwinnett Gymnastics Center in Lilburn, Georgia where she received training in preschool and pre-team gymnastics instruction.
preliminary training as a gymnastics coach, Kellie
began working with competitive gymnastics teams.
Over the past seven years, Kellie
has been associated with several top gyms across metro Atlanta; including Gwinnett Gymnastics Center
, Southern Elite Gymnastics Academy
, and Team NorthWind.
Throughout Kellie's competitive coaching career, she
has turned out several State and National Gymnastics Champions.
In addition to Kellie's gymnastics and cheerleading experience, she
studied at Georgia Perimeter College
majoring in Business Administration and Athletic Science.
Kellie's hobbies include mountain biking, power lifting, yoga, palates, and step-aerobics.
feels that it's important to stay abreast with the latest trends in fitness, in order to pass that along to the children.
