...Keith is Hanover Housing Association's National Care & Repair Manager, having spent over 30 years working in local government and housing associations on private sector housing and community projects.Keith worked for the London Borough of Brent and the former Greater London Council in Environmental Health and Improvement Grants and in 1983 joined the HIA movement and has since held a number of operational and managerial posts both at scheme level and nationally.

, HandyVan and small repairs services, accident prevention provision, home from hospital schemes, and the development of ancillary and support services for people living in owner-occupied or privately rented property.Keith
has advised the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister on a number of HIA related issues, particularly on the implementation of Supporting People for HIAs and was a key player in developing the South Gloucester Home from Hospital service which won Hanover
the National Housing Award in 2003 for partnership working.Outside work, Keith
is active in local community affairs, is a Parish Councillor and currently chairs the Hertfordshire Association of Town and Parish Councils
