Performance Coaching, the athlete at work™ and performance programmes from K2 Performance Systems
Keith started off working as a chartered surveyor, having spent five years qualifying to do just that.
Unfortunately, after four years of actually doing it, he began to lose the will to live and so accepted an invitation to leave the West End practice where he was a partner in order to lead the UK's first national self-storage business.
A few years later, Hays plc
asked him to join and he
spent ten years there as an award winning Divisional Managing Director in a FTSE 100 company - one of the youngest to have held that post in what was widely recognised as a particularly harsh and demanding performance environment.
An inspirational performance coach, Keith feels lucky to work with several well known business leaders and their teams in the UK, mainland Europe, USA and Canada.
The organisations and individuals that Keith
works with include market leaders in the areas of retail, business services, technology, financial services, private equity and transportation.
has also written extensively for several publications on the subject of performance, motivation and the links between the mindset need to succeed in sport and that required for corporate success.
has been quoted by The Sunday Times
, the CIPD and several leading trade journals and speaks frequently on the subject of high performance at conferences and seminars.
and is proud to lead the K2 team in his
role as CEO and is currently preparing to wipe a DNF off his
record by completing the Lanzarote Ironman in 2009.
