to construct second building
Dirt began moving on the lot today, and Keith Danks, Jr. of Equity Management, Inc. of Grand Forks told the Times that he'll soon begin construction on almost an "exact replica" of the strip mall-style building on Crookston's north end that's currently home to Anytime Fitness and, this summer, Hong's Chinese Restaurant.

That means Danks
has a lease in place with a third tenant in the suite between Anytime Fitness and Hong's, but he
won't be able to identify the tenant until, likely, next week.
currently finishing the design on the second building, and hopes to have it finished by fall.

As for the Chinese restaurant, interior work is currently underway, and Danks
said the Hong family is hoping to open in early July.
