An arbitrator has ruled that Officer Keith Breiner, one of two officers who were indefinitely suspended for having sex with a prostitute during an undercover sting, will get his job back.
has already served his
90-day unpaid suspension and cannot work on prostitution cases in the future.
was crossing the line, and kept going back to get h/jobs and bjs on the taxpayers dime.
wife seems to be ok with it as long as she
can see some cash come from it. back pay??? oh hell noooooo
As for Breiner
, Have you no shame man?
will never have my respect as a police officer, and should pursue another line of work.
Police officers are hardworking and dedicated people, but they should be held to a higher standard, set a good example for the citizens.
slept with a prostitute, people, TWICE!
has "SCAPEGOAT" stamped all over him.
It's unbelievable that Breiner
job and Breaux didn't.
Officer Breiner is a good man.
There was not a "product" to hand over and take money for and he
was told to follow through.
I'm sure this was not pleasant.
was there to prove wrong-doing and had to participate to do so.
thought that human trafficking was a part of what was happening, he
made a sacrifice.
had been just another man looking to get some satisfaction and a cop rolled up he
would be arrested for solicititaion, right?
I would love to hear what his
wife thinks of this.
did what he
was told by Breaux.
Breaux told him that the chief had been advised.
I don't like his
actions either but he
complied with the law after the District Attorneys office had approved of the operation.
If the public doesn't like this they should contact their state representative and demand that the law be changed.
Don't blame Breiner
for upholding his
oath of office.
violated no law or no policy.
Until you have, then you do not understand what officer Breiner and others in simiilar situations have had to endure from suspension through arbitration and reinstatement.
deserves back pay and everything else he
lost as a consequence of this incident.
has done a great job.
