Dr. Kaye L. Otten: Kaye is an Assistant Professor of Special Education at the University of Central Missouri, teaching classes such as Behavioral Management Techniques and Advanced Education of the Exceptional Child. Previously, Kaye served as a Behavioral/Autism Specialist at Lee's Summit School District in Missouri, the Director of Special Programs at the Autism Asperger Resource Center, and as a Special Education Teacher in Nebraska.
