is responsible for creating a realistic and sustainable worker welfare model within Hansoll Textile's
corporate structure for the employees in the company's manufacturing plants.Rhee holds a master's degree in social work from Michigan State University and a Ph.D. in social welfare for the elderly from Johann Wolfgang Goethe University in Germany.She also serves as an advisor to the Ministry of Health and Welfare in the Korean government, participates in various capacities in many different social responsibility related organizations, and is currently an associate professor in the Social Welfare Department at Sungkonghoe University.
