Former Odessa television newscaster Kay Gaddy said she is "really looking forward to some lively debate on the issues and working diligently to bring back the Democratic Party as we have always known it."Gaddy, 63, whose maiden name was Banes, worked at KOSA, Channel 7, from 1969 to '76, then covered news beats and anchored at stations in Rochester, N.Y., Fort Worth, Fort Smith, Ark., and San Antonio.She worked in economic development in San Marcos, Pottstown, Pa., and Cambridge, Ohio, which she said would inform her efforts in Congress.
