...Katrina HelmkampKatrina Helmkamp is Group President of ServiceMaster with responsibilities for Terminix, TruGreen and TruGreen LandCare.
In this role, Katrina
works with all three branch-based businesses to drive customer and revenue growth, to build on best practice sharing, and to look for new opportunities to capture leverage across the businesses.Katrina joined ServiceMaster in 2005 as President of Terminix International.She
and the Terminix
team have focused on business initiatives such as improved customer experience and customer retention, additional gains in sales effectiveness, and new offerings to attract non-users to the category, all of which are key to driving profitable growth through 2009.Prior to joining ServiceMaster, Katrina was a vice president and director at the Chicago office of the Boston Consulting Group (BCG).In her career at BCG from 1992 - 2004, she worked with CEOs, senior management teams, and local market managers to develop and implement growth and profit improvement initiatives.She
primarily worked with consumer goods and industrial goods companies.She
also consulted with the ServiceMaster businesses for over three years.In addition to her client work at BCG, Katrina led the career development process for the Chicago consulting staff and was the global leader on sales force effectiveness.She
authored several internal "Opportunity for Action" publications, including "Fixing the Fatal Flaws of Your Sales Force" and "A Disciplined Approach to Breakthrough Innovation".Katrina received a BS in Industrial Engineering and Management Sciences in 1987 from Northwestern University and an MBA from Northwestern's Kellogg Graduate School of Management in 1992.Katrina
is actively involved in her
local church and enjoys basketball, volleyball, and tennis.She
husband, Jim, enjoy hiking vacations.She's
lived in a number of states, such as California, Montana, Oregon, and Illinois, and now resides in the Memphis area.
