Kathleen Csobaji - President
Ms. Csobaji is the Founder and President of Performance Improvement Partners, LLC.
Prior, Ms. Csobaji served as Vice President of Brand Management for Marriott International's Senior Living product line.
In that role, Ms. Csobaji successfully led the division's hospitality standards, a $47million food and beverage program and was the brand manager and corporate level operational support for the independent living portfolio.
helped prepare the business for sale to Sunrise Senior Living in the summer of 2003 and later helped facilitate the sale and served on the transition team for Sunrise Senior Living.
As an internal consultant, Ms. Csobaji led the transition of the corporate food and beverage program and assisted in areas of team selection and development.
Prior to her service at Marriott, Ms. Csobaji worked for Brookdale Living Communities.
In a variety of roles with Brookdale, including Regional and National Director of Sales and Marketing, Ms. Csobaji
helped grow the company from 12 to 62 communities and provided direct leadership to the company's development and acquisition portfolio, including their flagship property in Manhattan, NY.
In her role, Ms. Csobaji directed the corporate sales and marketing efforts, led transition teams for acquisitions, conducted acquisition analysis and participated in decisions on new markets.

Ms. Csobaji has also held a variety of positions including Director of Public Policy for Virginia Coalition of The Alzheimer's Association, Regional Sales and Marketing Director and Product Manager for Manor Health Care.
Ms. Csobaji holds a BA from George Mason University and an MA in Human Resource Development/Organization Development from The George Washington University.
She has served on the Board of Directors for the Alzheimer's Association, Northern Virginia Chapter, The Virginia Coalition for the Aging and was an appointed member of The Virginia Governor's Commission on Alzheimer's.
