Katie Compton, BHSc, RHN
Katie graduated from the University of Western Ontario in Health Sciences, completed training as a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and additionally completed her chef training at the Natural Gourmet Institute for Health and Culinary Arts in New York City.
After which, she returned to Toronto and began working at Equilibrium Nutrition as a cook and nutrition consultant.
Katie's passion for health and nutrition drove her to work in the wellness industry as a personal trainer, lifestyle coach, and as a nutrition consultant.
She has worked with clients in the corporate and private sectors conducting seminars, weight loss programs and cooking demonstrations.

creativity in the kitchen creating new recipes and teaching others how to cook healthy food without compromising on taste.
