Kathryne M. Cammisa, MHE, OTR/L has over 25 years experience working with children with Sensory Integrative and developmental disorders in a variety of settings including psycho-education, Head Start, medical models and educational models.
She currently serves children, parents and a variety of staff through her work at Children's Place, a therapeutic child care center, and children, parents and teachers through her private practice in the virtual school and home settings.
Kathryne's experience teaching includes: Assistant Professor of Occupational Therapy in the School of Allied Health Sciences at the Medical College of Georgia
for 12 years, where she
taught courses in human development and pediatrics; 10 years as an instructor for Project SCIES (Skilled Credentialed Early Interventionists) teaching Level 1 and Level 2 modules on Typical/Atypical Development, Assessment, and Family; and leading professionals in learning across the country through her
