"The rise in prices along Fifth Avenue wasn't planned or intentional," said Cathy Christopher, president of the Downtown Naples Association.
"It was simply something that evolved naturally as a result of the economic boom.
But the street's return to a place that offers something for everyone is much better for merchants and guests.
