Karen is Managing Director and Head of the Pensions, Endowments & Foundations Group for the Equities and Fixed Income, Currency and Commodities Divisions.
She joined Goldman Sachs in 1997 to work on Firm wide projects and moved to the Pension Services Group in 1998, which later became the Strategic Relationship Management Group.
Karen headed this group until February 2002 when she assumed her current responsibilities.
She became Managing Director in 1999.
From 1995 to 1997, Karen was Vice President of Strategic Marketing and Business Development at Morgan Stanley & Co., Inc.
Before coming to Wall Street, she spent close to 10 years with the General Electric Company where her most recent position was Senior Vice President of Business Development within GE Capital.
