She has held senior sales and marketing management roles in corporations, entrepreneurial organizations and economic development.
As a general manager, she led a Canadian division for a multinational corporation to growth and profitability.
Karen has led individuals and teams to success by listening, promoting and supporting the ideas and opinions of others and by building clarity and purpose for each person.
