designs classes so you move at your own pace and progress. She holds certifications from several national professional organizations.She has been employed in the past as a personal trainer, weight management counselor as well as a group fitness instructor. Karen will be teaching three new classes at the Recreation Center so we can offer more of a variety of fitness classes.
uses the method created by Joseph Pilates to synchronize breathing as your mind directs motion in correct alignment to strengthen the core of the body.
