Oceana Marketing Director, Ernst & Young
Justine Fisher is currently employed as Ernst & Young's Oceania Marketing Director.
She joined the firm in September 2005 to manage Ernst & Young's Brand Strategy across the Oceania Area.
During this time she
worked closely with Global Marketing on the development of a new global visual identity and refreshed positioning, launched in March 2008.
Prior to working in professional services, Justine headed up Corporate Affairs at Xstrata Coal, one of London-listed Xstrata plc's four global commodity businesses.

worked on global acquisitions as well as handling external and internal communications for the coal business across Australia and South Africa.
For five years Justine ran her own corporate communications agency, Rhubarb Communications, whose clients included leading mining companies, as well as a range of private and listed organisations. In addition, Justine has worked for the brand agency, Horniak & Canny, and in funds management with Bankers Trust.

Justine holds a Bachelor of Arts, with Honours in English, and has undertaken additional executive studies at the AGSM.
