Suspended for Rest of 2013 Season
The Jacksonville Jaguars announced last week that Justin Blackmon, second-year receiver, is suspended indefinitely without pay for violating the NFL Policy and Program for Substances of Abuse.
will be eligible to apply for reinstatement before the 2014 season.
According to CBS Sports
, the substance-abuse violation is Blackmon's second in just over six months.
