always provides a vast amount of information on this topic.
This visit was no different, as she
discussed the new Medicare regulations pertaining to diabetic supplies, what the blood of a person is like with diabetes (syrupy), the best time to take blood sugars, the affects of diabetes on an individual, and that persons with diabetes can make the best of their visits to the doctor.
also offered multiple handouts with information on this topic.
30-minute discussion, she
offered attendees a chance to have their glucose levels checked, and a total of 19 members, volunteers and employees were eager to complete the survey indicating their risks for diabetes and have their fingers pricked for this blood test.
This was done in an orderly and high confidential manner and allowed Mrs. Pierantoni
the chance to offer advice for those who are diabetics or those who had questions regarding this screening process.
All total, Mrs. Pierantoni
offered nearly two hours of her
