JULIE KELLY, TRAINER
Julie has thirteen years of experience in the fitness industry, including personal training, group class instruction, and management.
Before joining KIN-etics she worked as the Program Supervisor at the Calgary Winter Club, overseeing the direction and leadership of programs and classes, including group fitness and specialty classes.
In addition, she was a personal trainer and instructed classes including ski and snowboard conditioning, TRX, spin and core classes.
Julie is a Can Fit Pro Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer.
holds certifications in TRX, TRX Rip Trainer, Storm Cycling, Bender Ball, Physical Yoga and Fusion Fitness.
Julie's passion is endurance mountain bike racing.
has been racing for three years and has completed two 24-hour solo races, Brec Epic, Trans Rockies, Furious 3 and various day races.
has achieved a number of podium finishes including a win at the 24 hours of Rocky Hill Ranch for Solo Open Women in October 2012.
spends most of her
weekends in Fernie, BC hitting the trails or slopes.
