Julian Kaufmann is a partner in TalentXS. Julian most recently served as Senior Managing Director and Head of Human Resources & Communications for AIG Asset Management. Prior to his role at Compaq, Julian worked for Harris Corporation in Melbourne, Florida in a series of progressively responsible assignments, serving most recently as Manager, Training & Development for Harris Electronic Systems and Semiconductor Sectors.
