Judy Phillips is an Elementary Music Specialist with Warren Consolidated Schools in Warren, Michigan.
She was born in Pontiac, Michigan in 1952, is married and has four grown children.
Judy is a member of First Baptist Church in Birmingham, Michigan and has worked with children's choirs and handbells since 1975, and has also worked with church orchestra and small instrumental ensembles.
Since 1995, Judy has also been choir director, chime director and music teacher for elementary and middle schools in Warren Consolidated School.
She holds a Bachelor of Music in Public School music from Western Michigan University, 1974 and earned a Master's in Church Music in 2005 from Concordia University, Mequon, Wisconsin.
Mrs. Phillips is a member of Sigma Alpha Iota, AGEHR and performs with the Detroit Handbell Ensemble.
