Vice President of Talent Development, MetLife Judy is Vice President of Talent Development in MetLife's Global Talent and Organizational Development's Center of Expertise (COE). In her role, she is responsible for overseeing the executive assessment and coaching initiatives as well as the design, development and delivery of executive education programs for MetLife's global officer population. Reflective of her role, Judy is a member of the Senior Leadership Team in the Global Talent and Organizational Development COE. Judy joined MetLife in September of 2010.
