Nursing director Judy Larson of Bethesda Pleasant View says cultures from four residents were sent to Rice Memorial Hospital this week -- and one came back positive for Type-A influenza.Larson says the resident with the flu is feeling better, and nursing home officials are issuing an anti-flu medicine to residents and staff.Larson says even though the flu season has begun, they still encourage staff who haven't been vaccinated yet to get a shot.
