The core team of the initial project was Judy Harquail, Lendre Kearns, Sandra Bender and Janet Uren.
For the 2009 revisions, Judy Harquail and Lendre Kearns were joined by Jim Smith and Kelly Langgard to lead the project, once again assisted by an advisory committee. Judy Harquail has over 25 years of experience working in the performing arts. She has directed and executed tours for some of Canada's most highly respected dance and opera companies, developed and executed strategic marketing campaigns, and worked in collaboration with an extensive range of arts organizations and arts professionals across Canada, the United States and throughout the world. She is currently program manager for CCI - the Ontario Presenters Network where she is responsible for the Ontario Dances program, the biannual Ontario Dances Platform, the Fresh Start program and CCI's block booking program. She also has extensive experience dealing with all levels of government funding agencies, including contract work with the Canada Council and the Department of Canadian Heritage to assist in the launch of the Arts Presentation Canada Program in Ontario. Judy is the 2007 recipient of the National Arts Centre award for distinguished contribution to touring. Lendre Kearns has been involved in arts marketing and management for over 35 years and developed her touring muscles with a 10-year stint as communication director of the Royal Winnipeg Ballet . Active as a workshop leader and facilitator, she is also currently the general manager of Broadway in Tucson, A Nederlander Presentation and Adjunct Faculty for Goucher College's MAAA (Master of Arts, Arts Administration) a distance learning/limited residency program where she teaches marketing.
