is a special "aunt" to her best friend's two daughters.
Judith is a graduate of Arkansas State University with a BSE in Social Studies.
She is a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) and Arkansas Governmental Manager (AGM).
She retired from the Arkansas Department of Human Services after thirty years of service.
During her employment with DHS, Judith held many offices in the Arkansas State Employees Association and was elected as the first female president of ASEA.

and the Southern Region of AGE
also held many offices and committee chairmanships in the Arkansas Human Services Association
She has been a member of Rotary International, Business and Professional Women and Beta Sigma Phi.
Judith is a graduate of the ASU Regional Leaders program and Leadership Paragould.

, including appointment to the White Commission on Families and the Arkansas Commission on Child Support Enforcement
served for over ten years on the ACSE with appointments from two governors.
Judith is involved in the arts in Paragould and has served as an officer or board member for the Greene County Fine Arts Council, the Upstage Repertory Theatre and the Eastern Arkansas Ballet.
She has appeared in local productions for over thirty years, most recently in Jesus Christ Superstar, and has served as director and producer for theatrical productions.
She is a member of the Greene County Fine Arts Council.
Judith has served as a community volunteer in several organizations since her retirement.

Currently Judith is a member of the Arkansas Methodist Medical Center Auxillary, serves as a volunteer for the Teens of Northeast Arkansas, Teens Are Concerned, and as Secretary for the Greene County Coalition.
She is a member of the Paragould Regional Chamber of Commerce.
