Judi S. Yabumoto, MSW, is a licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in children, adolescents, and families for the past 20 years.
has worked in a variety of mental health settings providing direct services, training and clinical supervision.
Currently, Judi is a Mental Health Consultant at the San Francisco Unified School District's Child Development Centers, a Clinical Supervisor at Westside Community Mental Health Center and has her own private practice in San Francisco.
has been involved with JCYC
since 1989 as a consultant, and more recently as the Senior Clinician for JAYS
since the program's inception in 1997.
As Senior Clinician, Judi is responsible for clinical consultation and training of the JAYS staff, providing individual and/or family counseling and crisis intervention as needed, ensuring that appropriate referrals are made, overseeing all aspects of the Argonne Elementary School Social Skills Group and the Clinical Internship program (outreach and recruitment, development of intern manual and curriculum, and weekly clinical supervision) that provides additional staff to the JAYS program.
