Juan G. Nuñez, Vice President Mr. Nuñez
has a broad human resources background covering more than 20 years in human resources management with Fortune 100 companies.His
corporate assignments span many functional areas including information systems, finance, accounting, marketing, field operations, manufacturing and staff support.
While experienced in all aspects of human resources, Mr. Nuñez
has developed special expertise in the areas of employment, recruitment, policy development, diversity, organizational design, training, employment law and labor relations. Juan
has provided support to employees in transition through one-on-one counseling, group programs and workshop training sessions presented in English and in Spanish languages.He
has designed corporate recruiting programs based upon behavioral interviewing principles. Mr. Nuñez holds a B.S. degree from Texas A & M University and has done graduate work at the University of Houston.He has served on the Board of Directors in a number of organizations including the National Hispanic Corporate Council, Liquid Pipeline roundtable, California State University at Long Beach School of Engineering, Association of Hispanic Professionals for Education and the Campfire Boys and Girls Club of Long Beach.Mr. Nuñez
has been a participant of the Aspen Institute's Hispanics in Business Forum.
