has more than 20 years experience in management and human resources development.
Prior to joining the Network Ms. Jardot was employed with KIWI International Airlines as one of the core members that started the airline, Joyce was responsible for creating and directing employment services and later the entire People Resources function as Sr. Director of People Resources.
played a key role in the development and subsequent implementation of a full range of management, human resources, and federally mandated compliance programs.
Upon joining the Network, Ms. Jardot
was charged with introducing human resources services to management and staff in the areas of employment, compensation and benefits, performance and development, employee relations and communications, regulatory compliance, recordkeeping, reporting and administration.
