Joshua D. Stubblefield, D.O., Joins Broadlawns Family Medicine Practice
Des Moines, August 29, 2008 - Joshua D. Stubblefield, D.O. has joined the family medicine practice at Broadlawns Medical Center.
Stubblefield recently graduated from the Broadlawns Family Medicine Residency Program and is now on the medical staff at Broadlawns Family Health Center.

A graduate of Brigham Young University in Provo, UT, Stubblefield received his doctor of medicine degree from Des Moines University.
Osteopathic medicine appealed to him because of its musculoskeletal foundation, providing training that has helped him bring focus to non-surgical pain management options.
Stubblefield said he chose to stay at Broadlawns because of his family.

An Eagle Scout, himself, Stubblefield is a scout leader for 11-year-olds in Waukee as he leads camping activities and hopes to help develop interests in the Boy Scouts.Stubblefield is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians and board eligible in family medicine.
He previously worked with Acute Care, Inc. in Ankeny, IA and EM Care in Pensacola, FL.
