Uruguay coach Jorge Fossati has promised an iron defence in Wednesday's Copa America semifinal against Brazil.
"We're going to lock the defence and throw away the key," Fossati
told reporters as the team arrived in Lima after beating Paraguay 3-1 in their quarter-final in Tacna.
"We proved against Paraguay that Uruguay are not dead."
The Uruguayans conceded eight goals as they lost their first two games, both World Cup qualifiers, under Fossati
at the start of June.
