TQS is a longstanding member of the PBIDA; Ruth Joray is on the board and we are frequent attenders and presenters at the Annual Conference.
"Kids with learning disabilities often have trouble learning in the traditional school environment," says Ruth Joray, head of school at TQS. "We provide students with a highly individualized education using multi-sensory channels to help children retain information and build connections," says Joray. "Our small class size promotes unique opportunities for direct instruction and individual attention, and we use research-based programs geared specifically to the academic and cognitive challenges of each child. "TQS is affiliated with several professional educational organizations, including Friends Council on Education," she continues. "By offering these programs, we're unlocking the potential of students with learning differences and building leaders," says Joray.
