Jonathan Hoyes has 20 years of professional management consulting experience in the areas of infrastructure condition assessment and analysis, hazard identification, mitigation planning, disaster response and recovery, and emergency management.
In both his
domestic and international work, he
has developed considerable experience in sustainable economic and community development, institutional capacity building, investment risk assessment, and policy formulation.
He is also an experienced trainer, presenter, and author/co-author of numerous papers and reports.
Mr. Hoyes holds an MBA from American University in Financial Management and International Business, and a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Wales.

to leverage a unique blend of engineering, finance, and broad market experience to the benefit of his
