Jonathan joined Lyceum in October 2014 and works on sourcing and executing investments for Fund III.
He joined from Baird where he was a Managing Director in its Global Investment Banking business leading coverage of financial sponsors across the UK and Continental Europe.
For the prior 11 years, he was a partner at AAC Capital Partners, where he focussed on business service and leisure companies in the UK mid-market.
He started his career in leveraged finance where he provided senior debt financing to a broad range of MBOs across Europe, working for both NatWest and Credit Suisse First Boston.
He holds a BSc (Hons) in Economics from Hull University.
Jonathan is also on the board of EAT. and Coryton Advanced Fuels.
Jonathan is a member of Lyceum's Management Board and Investment Committee.

was a managing director in its Global Investment Banking business, leading coverage of European financial sponsors.
While at Baird, Jonathan
was involved with a number of high-profile transactions across a variety of sectors.
He was previously a partner at AAC Capital Partners for 11 years, where he was responsible for originating and executing new investments and managing portfolio companies in its pan-European fund, including TGI Fridays UK, Park Resorts Group and NSL Group Services.
Previous roles include senior positions in the leveraged finance teams of Credit Suisse First Boston
Jonathan will join as a senior member of Lyceum's Investment team and will focus on making new investments from Lyceum Capital III, its most recent, £330 million fund.
