Bugg, a chance to work for you, we can put a bug in the city of Newport," he said.Bugg is a member of the Newport Industrial Board where he serves as vice-chair.He is also a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church.Johnny and Cathy Bugg have one daughter, Penny Nicole Johnson, and one grandson, Ryan Logan Bugg, and son-in-law, Gary Johnson, of New Market.
