PROPHET RABBI JONATHAN CAHN?
...
Cahn says so; but Bakker is a spiritual wing nut who's so far into spiritual outer space that we can't even get a radar fix on him.
...
While we're on the subject of the questionable discernment of Jonathan Cahn, let me point out that he was a guest this week on the July 31 edition of Praise The Lord on TBN:
Bishop Clarence E. McClendon hosts Prophet Manasseh Jordan from Manasseh Jordan Ministries, Psalmist/Pastor Judy Jacobs from His Song Ministries, Johnathan Cahn from President of Hope of the World Ministries/The Jerusalem Center, Dr. Emmanuel Ziga from Grace for All Nations Ministries International and music by Judy Jacobs. Well, apparently Jonathan Cahn is either being disingenuous or it slipped his mind; not once, but twice, during his segment on PTL below. McClendon calls Cahn a prophet and he never makes any attempt to correct him:

Rabbi Jonathon Cahn's speech at the inaugural prayer breakfast in Washington, D.C., last year on Jan. 21 was ignored because he cared to speak the truth!

Anyway, below is Jonathan Cahn speaking in Washington. It is sad that it had to be presented in a misleading way. Especially using the Presidential seal like that. But he certainly made his point well-
...
May our God bless Jonathan Cahn. He is a rare man of God.
...
Although Jonathan Cahn may not have appealed to the level of every critics theology (as is evident in some comments), he has at least put his faith into action and spoken God's Truth in his field/pasture and on his watch. Can you and I say the same? As human's we are all fallible and fall short of God's Glory. However, God honours our obedience to Him. Rabbi Cahn spoke specifically of America, however his message of course applies to every country in the world and to every church of every denomination. He has planted seeds of God's Truth.
...
And I don't think Jonathan Cahn is helping much to take away that veil. In fact I think he is intensifying it. I read his book The Harbinger a while ago and was left with deep misgivings about this man's ministry.
...
God bless Jonathan Cahn for speaking the truth!!
...
The only rebuttal to government that would be along the line of John the Baptist: - his testimony/character was unquestionable (this is foundation) - he addressed the unlawful acts (Matt 14:4) - he had nothing to loose
...
I believe Cahn is one of God`s prophets
...
Jonathan Cahn could not have warned us better. He is a true Watchman at the Gate. This was a prayer breakfast, not a revival. Many of the patrons were possibly Christians in name only. Thank goodness he spoke, God ordained words, no doubt.
...
I agree that there were touches of "mixing nationalism with Christianity" in parts of Jonathan Cahn's speech.
...
So for these reasons I am very grateful for Jonathan Cahn and his strong word delivered in Washington in this hour.
...
I am certain that Rabbi Cahn does not believe in Replacement theology. I think he was, as a prophetic voice, trying to send a message to America, that God will send judgement if we continue our evil path. I am not sure he was trying to appease all of the bible scholars on here, he was trying to proclaim the Word of God to a crown that needed to hear this message on a national stage in a proper setting.
...
Some months back I read "The Harbinger" by Johnathan Cahn.
...
This kind of speech should be hold in Congress every month and Jonathan Cahn should be ordained to preach whenever the Congress passes its unlawful laws.
...
God himself opened that door for Johnathan to speak & bring revelation on his word!
...
Be lovely if Jonathan Cahn would feed on this book soon :
...
Jonathan Cahn was not initially aware of the David Wilkerson message, but in simpler terms it is saying something similiar.
...
Yes there is some doctrine in the book of Acts but not a lot, as there is some doctrine in the four gospels but again not a lot, the most being in John and the least being in Matt (a very Jewish book)

Now for the one that Jonathon Cahn spoke at,

did Cahn truly humble himself? I mean really truly? or did he give a lot of history and did it point ONLY TO JESUS our Lord and Savior?

My first impression was Jonathan had some fire in his belly, then i noted he was reading from a prepared script!? Do God's anointed preachers need to read a prepared document? I think not for:- Did John the Baptist? no. Jesus? no, Peter? no. Paul? no.

Along that line, you may know that a book quite likely to have been brought into their congregations and/or discussed among congregants was The Harbinger (TH), written by Rabbi Jonathan Cahn, "Messianic Rabbi of the the Jerusalem Center/ Beth Israel in Wayne, New Jersey."1
I've covered Cahn and his TH before, so I'll just refer the interested reader to The Harbinger: Prophetic Fact Or Fickle Fiction?

These letters were from a lawyer with a firm which "serves as litigation counsel for Charisma Media, publisher of The Harbinger by Rabbi Jonathan Cahn and published by Charisma Media."
Therefore, we are asking that concerned believers everywhere make this a matter of prayer-that the Lord would graciously give us wisdom and that He would protect us in the midst of this challenge. We also believe it is important to bring this matter to the attention of the Body of Christ and would encourage you to share this article with others given the millions of people who have now been influenced by The Harbinger and its author. (source, bold his)
The fact is, Jonathan Cahn and his speculations presented as prophecy in TH have also been the source of a growing friction even within the camp of online apologetics and discernment ministries as I showed you a while back in Jonathan Cahn Harbinger Of Discernment Gone Wild?

Using the metaphor of someone standing under the heavy shade of a tree toward the back of the shadows it casts, I've said in other pieces on this issue that Jonathan Cahn struck me as a "shady" character. For example, I've seen many interviews where his work is said to be "a prophetic word" while he's called "a prophet."
Cahn remains silent; neither agreeing with, or correcting, the comment. To me, this somewhat obscures his real motivation for TH, which then serves to keep this work mostly hidden in the shadows. By not responding to the interviewers one way or the other Jonathan Cahn can then claim he personally never said he was a prophet, etc.
In Apprising Ministries pieces like Jim Bakker's Homage To Jonathan Cahn Who Says He's Blessed By Bakker's Mentoring I pointed out that this kind of thing gives reason to doubt Cahn's a prophet of God. Are we seriously supposed to believe that God Launched The Harbinger Book Using Jim Bakker?
Jonathan Cahn says so; but Bakker is a spiritual wingnut who's so far into spiritual outer space that we can't even get a radar fix on him.

Listened to him again and decided Jonathan is " 'Big wind.. Much lightning. Loud thunder. No rain!'"
Any unregenerate man should be able to list the sins of America today plus most other countries for that matter, that is all the Rabbi does well,. and he mostly read it off pre-written text!
...
After a little belated searching I saw a picture of Jonathan Cahn on the stage with someone dressed in a George Washington costume, who I understand was a Freemason (!?), and it helped open to my eyes that this was a carnal nationalistic thing, a mixture of politics and religion, and not a pure gospel.

I certainly do not think Jonathan Cahn deliberately deceived us at all in this. To him it was just another opportunity to share his message. And he did it well.

I don't think Jonathan Cahn was purposely trying to deceive anyone as well.

Shalom Pastor,Rabbi Jonathan Cahn, Toda rabah for an extremely timely "wake-up" call of the shadow of G-d's Judgement, the purpose, as you correctly told us, to bring the nation of America to redemption. We are citizens of South Africa and would desire that our nation too would humble themselves, turn from our evil ways, confess our sins (abortion amongst them, including many, many other grievous sins as well including ancestry worship), ask for God's forgiveness that He might indeed heal our land also.
