After a 25 year career, Jack recently retired as President and Chief Operating Officer of Parsons, one of the world's largest engineering and construction companies.

led Parsons' expansion in services to include design-build of public transportation projects and military housing, public/private partnerships, systems engineering, defense intelligence projects, and bio-pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities worldwide.

Prior to joining Parsons, Jack had a successful 14-year career with the US Army Corps of Engineers and was a Program Manager for Chemical Demilitarization and Installation Restoration.

played a key role in the design, construction, and operation of every major chemical weapons disposal facility in the world.
