The approval came after John J. Ruback Jr., of Ruback & Associates, LLC., presented a thorough explanation of what his role as public insurance adjuster would be for the borough.
"A public insurance adjuster is a legitimate business in Pennsylvania," explained Ruback
"I know what you are entitled to be paid for and you don't.
I follow the policy and insurance obligations and you should be treated fairly.
You pay for insurance, and when you use it, you should be compensated fairly."
Councilman Leroy "Chico" Moser Jr., said, "I brought him (Ruback) because if he
could save money for the taxpayers, that is why we are here."
