Frankly, most of these recent operations have had extreme difficulties in the presently severely distressed real estate market, and the job became one of workout, trying to preserve the capital of our various investment groups.
This new company is designed to take advantage of the current economic circumstances and provide a means of recovering the recent losses for previous investors from the devastating losses experienced in the last four years in our investments in Reno, which have been similarly felt by real estate investors throughout the city, across the country and around the world.
has spent the last year investigating techniques for acquiring and selling properties in the current market and formulating the strategy and team for this new business.
is now supported by a new staff of two seasoned real estate professionals who bring construction, accounting and administrative skills to the table and we have affiliated with us a team of brokers, property managers, and others who will participate with us in this new activity.
